✧ My artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed prior.✧ Do NOT copy, steal, trace, or repost my art on other platforms!✧ You are not allowed to change, modify, edit, or use my art without permission.✧ Using my art for icons, banners, Toyhouse, etc is okay with credit!
✧ Payments will be made through vgen or kofi (paypal, cashapp, or amazon wishlist if you aren't able to use the other two)✧ No refunds BUT, If I for some reason cannot finish your commission I will personally reach out to you to send you a refund. Forcing a chargeback will result in a permanent ban.✧ Backing out on an offer (before payment is sent) will not result in blacklisting so long as you communicate with me and have a valid reason why you can no longer claim the adopt. Ghosting me, however, will result in a block and will no longer be allowed to claim or own my adopts.✧ I don't tend to accept holds, but you're free to ask!✧ I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission/offer AND have asked for payment.
✧ By commissioning me you give me artistic freedom to interpret the information given to me freely while still following and respecting your wishes. Please try not to be too picky with how you want the outcome to look like.✧ I will not start on art unless the full payment has been received beforehand, I don't do half payments.✧ I always send in a sketch first to be approved before finishing the drawing. When I show you the sketch I will ask you what you want changed. Any changes made beyond the sketching process might need to be paid for depending on the complexity.✧ I don't work by deadlines, so don't expect it to be finished by a certain date, unless one has been agreed upon previously.✧ The time it takes to finish your commission may vary due to my mental health or schedule. I’m in and out of depressive episodes so I tend to work slower than other artists, if you are not patient person I would refrain from commissioning me. I also work based on a queue, depending on where you stand in the queue it might take longer to get to your commission as there might be others before you. You are allowed to ask for the progress of your commission but please be patient, I try to get my commissions done as soon as possible!✧ Please be sure to provide a CLEAR reference for me to work with, and a full description describing what you want (I have comprehension issues and it’s hard for me to understand certain things if not explained well).
If the reference and description is to hard for me to make sense of - I will decline the commission.✧ You are allowed to change which character you wanted drawn for your commission but if I have already started drawing the character you had given me initially you will have an option to pay a certain fee to have the character changed.✧ The art you commissioned can be used on other websites only if proper credit is given.✧The art I create for you cannot be used for training an AI. Breaking this will result in blacklisting from me and possibly other artists.
